Website Development Plans

We provide three web development plans, PLAN4800 (HK$4800), PLAN8800 (HK$8800) and PLAN15K (HK$15,000) for customers located in Hong Kong. All plans include a Content Management System (CMS) which allows you to easily manage and update your website easily from within the web browser without knowing anything about HTML. All plans must have a quotation issued, signed and received by both customer and Orsa Studio before commencement can occur.

Website development PLAN4800 (HK$4800)

PLAN4800 is best for an organization, business websites or normal websites which deal with content pages, images, recent news and events and files such as PDF files. This does NOT include websites types such as social networking websites, online forums, online shop or any e-commerce, Flash animation, job recruitment website, membership website, e-newsletter, podcasting, product catalog, complex forms or custom programmed functionality. If you wish to have these more complex features please consider the PLAN8800 and PLAN15K or price may be adjusted for optional extras.

Here the plan is described in more detail, however an agreement containing all of this in more detail would be produced as a website work quotation document. The plan consists of the following features:

A. Orsa Studio will develop 3 unique web design proposals developed in graphic form, customer to choose one of the three.
The web designs will be delivered as JPEG images for review by the customer. Customer will choose one of the three designs for production of the website.

B. Customer can make one change request from the chosen design before website production start. This designed will then be delivered to the customer for final approval. Any further change requests are charged at HKD $500 per change request.

C. Website content limited to a maximum of 100 content pages, unlimited news pages and unlimited event pages. All pages can be edited within the CMS, CMS is the open source OrsaCMS developed by us. Content Management System includes:
 1. Page creating, editing and management.
 2. Image management, photo galleries.
 3. File management, can add PDFs and other files to the website.
 4. Website menu structure can be edited.
 5. News and Events management with recent news and events shown on the home page.
 6. CMS restricted to single administrative user login at one time.

D. All content must be inputted to CMS by the customer.

E. Website contains four types of pages, normal pages, event pages, news pages and photo gallery pages.

F. Google Analytics account setup, this allows yourself to track the visitors which come to your website.

G. A search field on the home page to allow users to search content within the website.

H. One single form to email (enquiry form). This allows users of the website to fill out a contact form which will then email your staff.

I. Works with your existing PHP hosting solution at no extra hosting cost.

J. Single language website either English or Chinese.
